Privacy Policy

Lever Agency is a trade name of Paul J Scolieri LLC ("Lever," "we," or "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through leveragency.ai, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, book a call, or email us, we collect what you send. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your business name, website and Google Business Profile link
• Details about your business, your customers and the project you want built
• Files you upload, such as logos and photos

Information collected automatically

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or session recording on this site, and we do not set cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and secure the site.

The footer includes a Google Preferred Sources button, which loads a script from Google. Google may collect information when it loads, as described in the Google Privacy Policy. Booking links open Calendly, which has its own privacy notice.

How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare a preview or proposal, and talk with you about your project
• To build and support the work you hire us for
• To send the emails you asked for, such as a confirmation or a resource you requested
• To keep business records and meet legal obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with the services that help us run the business:

• Vercel, which hosts this site
• Supabase, which stores form submissions and uploaded files
• Slack, where our team receives new form submissions
• Resend and Google Workspace, which deliver and store our email

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.

Do Not Track

Because we do not track visitors across other websites, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and project files for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable time afterward for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@leveragency.ai. We will reply within 30 days.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee it.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
