Founder Bio
Paul Scolieri is the founder of Lever Agency. He has built software tools for businesses for years, first with no-code automation stacks and more recently with AI coding tools: commission management systems, KPI dashboards, customer portals, onboarding tools, and custom configurators.
He is not a traditional software developer, and that is the point. He understands how businesses run, what data matters, and how a well-built tool changes the way a team operates. He runs Lever's own back office on AI agents and writes about it on the Lever blog.
